Working with AWS to maintain and operate data centers. Working with hardware and software to ensure that the data centers are running smoothly. As of January 2024, I moved into the Non-Rack Technician Role where I service and maintain "cold storage" libraries and uphold Amazon's operational excellence. In addition, I train other techs in servicing these libraries for when I am not onsite.
